We will learn to pick a common tune or two (possibilities include fiddle/old time/bluegrass styles). Introduce some simple chords utilizing double stops and show how to approach a simple solo.
Getting the most out of your mandolin (I/A)
Tone, timing, and technique are important elements in the musical process. We will use a few common Bluegrass songs and look at different double stop options combined with arpeggios to add color and variety.
